Staffords is a family business that had its genesis in a passion for cheese. Not just for the flavours and textures of cheese, but also for the technology and skills of the cheese makers who produce the bounty of fine "living" cheeses.

Our Leichhardt store opened in November 2004, and we channel all our passion and skill into exploring the fascinating world of fine cheese with other like-minded people ...
